Krishgen BioSystems was founded in March 2003. To support it's plans, Krishgen initially focused on developing marketing and distribution support for diagnostics.

2004.. First Partner for distribution tied-up with Medipan GmbH / Generic Assays GmbH in Germany.

2005 .. the research and life sciences products were introduced with its arrangements with leading US & European companies.

2006 .. the Glycobiology line was introduced in October for distribution.

2007 .. the tools for preclinical toxicology were introduced in August.

2008 .. Promocell GmbH, Germany distribution started in India. Its own products under the KRISHGEN label were manufactured and introduced in October. Krishgen started offering immunoassay development services in Nov 2008.

2009 .. KRIBIOLISA bioprocess ELISA kits launched.

2010 .. KRISHILISA GMO ELISA kits and Gold Ring Cytokine ELISAs launched.

2011 .. International distribution efforts started.

Krishgen BioSystems is headquartered in Mumbai, India.

Krishgen's product and service are now used by respected academic, biotech, pharmaceutical and government laboratories in India and worldwide.
