Background:
Pinatuzumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody with the potent antimicrotubule agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) conjugated to an anti-CD22 antibody via a protease-cleavable linker. It has been designed for the treatment of B-cell malignancies.
Intended Use:
For Estimation of Pinatuzumab Vedotin in human serum and plasma. They allow quantification of serum or plasma protein drug levels, and can be used for biosimilar and generics research to understand pharmacokinetic properties of the drug.
