Background:
Tislelizumab, a monoclonal antibody with high binding affinity to the PD-1 receptor, minimizes Fc receptor binding on macrophages, thereby abrogating antibody-dependent phagocytosis, a mechanism of T cell clearance and potential resistance to anti-PD-1 research. Tislelizumab can be used for the research of advanced squamous non-small-cell lung cancer.

Intended Use:
